Privacy Policy Last updated: April 6, 2026 EIS Industrial Refrigeration ("EIS", "we", "us") operates the EIS Field Service Management system ("FSM"), an internal business application used exclusively by EIS employees. DATA WE COLLECT We collect employee names, email addresses, and work-related information entered into the FSM for the purpose of managing field service operations. HOW WE USE DATA Data is used solely for internal business operations including work order management, scheduling, estimating, and invoicing. QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION Our FSM integrates with QuickBooks Online to sync customer, project, vendor, and invoice data for accounting purposes. This integration is used exclusively for EIS business operations. DATA SHARING We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required to operate our business (e.g. QuickBooks Online). DATA SECURITY All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Only authorized EIS employees can access the system.
